Both of our toilet seat handles broke nearly simultaneously, so I went in to get some replacement parts. I walked in and was able to find what I was looking for quickly because the store is well organized. The price for the parts was reasonable, the store was clean and orderly, and I was in and out in minutes. Great place.
They are usually great but seemed to be short of help as I couldn't find but one person for help and she didn't know much!
Employees are a lot more useful than home depot, I'll go here even if something is cheaper than HD.
I went in to get a replacement part for my patio screen door. I took in the old part to be sure it was a match. I was directed to Hardware. The worker accompanied me to the display, took one down, said....this should work. I questioned the size, showed him the original, he compared them and again said....should work. I could see there was a difference but...nmaybe he was right....NOPE....RETURN!
I didn't get any help that day but I didn't ask. as a lady that's kind of refreshing that they didn't immediately question my existence in a tool store. I was able to find the light bulb I needed with the correct lumens for my plants.
