I am in a wheelchair. I asked for help. I was told go down this aisle. Could not go down the aisle. Because it was full of boxes. If I was walking I could have made it. I told the person I can't get down there. Because there's no room for my chair. He said I guess you won't go down there. I went to another aisle. I got halfway down the aisle I wanted to get into. I still cannot get to what I was looking for. I thought I will try and see if I can find something else I am looking for. That aisle to was blocked with a paint shaker. I went down another aisle. And the crossing area where two Isles come together Had a big box in the middle of it and I couldn't get my wheelchair through there. I backtracked to the bathroom. I couldn't get in the bathroom and close the door with my wheelchair. I contacted corporate. I wrote them an email. I heard nothing back.

I’ve been here a few times when the big box stores didn’t have what I wanted. They have had what I could use a few times. Very nice staff.

Needed some camp chairs, came in close to 6pm (closing time). Lady that assisted me was super nice, and showed me where to get then. While we were looking they turned off the lights no announcement or anything. We had to turn on the flashlight on our phone to get back down the stairs. When I asked about it, the nice lady that helped us said the manager wad notorious for turning off the lights at 6. Super annoying.

I work here so I'm obviously biased. I like to think we have pretty great service. Might be a little pricier than the big box stores but we generally know more than they do and the service is much better. Might get hectic during peak hours but we do our best. I love working here.
