My hope is they start treating their contractors better. So far I'm not impressed and we where exclusively going to them for our supply. No loyalty to us. No worries we'll find someone who appreciates our loyalty. Thanks

The guy who runs the contractor HVAC area is extremely rude. I thinking he came in late with a hangover or something. Told me I couldn't be in his area and I tried to explain that I had permission from the employee from Will Call but he just dismissed it. Then gave me wrong information about a company who could help me just to get rid of me. This type of employee is bad for business. Customers are there to spend money, not to be mistreated and turned away. That was my first and last time at Standard supply.
