Great staff and prices!
I was into Overland Lumber 3 times in the last week. All 3 times the guys inside were surly and condescending towards me. They acted annoyed that I was in there trying to give them my money. I bought at Overland Lumber specifically because I wanted to keep it local. I could have gotten everything I bought there cheaper at Home Depot or Lowes. Next time that is where I'll go. These boys need to take a lesson from Grovers or Franklin Building on how to treat a customer...
Jeff with Overland has always done a great job with my personal projects and with my clients' projects. Fairly priced, honest, all around great experience working with these guys!
Good selection of stains, but unfriendly service.
As someone who only called in once and didn’t end up doing business with them yet, I’d like to tell of my experience. I called them asking for a rare piece of wood. They didn’t have it, but they called all their suppliers to try to find it for me. Mind you, this was a small ticket item as I wasn’t after much wood. They put in as much effort as places I do business with every day. Although they couldn’t find the wood I don’t care. They made me feel I was an important client. They will be at the top of my list the next time I need lumber.
