I've been to this Subway several times and each time that I've been there, the person making my sandwich was always kind and easy to speak with. This is by far my favorite Subway out of all the ones I've been to (Allentown, Selinsgrove, Lebanon, and Bloomsbury, NJ). Being kind to the sandwich artists goes a very long way too.

The best subway in Lancaster pa! ... Bridget does everything great from bread to the sandwich is awesome she keeps her veggies fresh and she is very professional and cool i wm truly happyud83dudd96

Second time within the month I’ve entered and they’re just wearing their masks under their chins. Touched their faces a few times. Definitely not hygienic or COVID conscious.

Ordered through DoorDash. Hardly any mayonnaise in order, despite the fact that I ordered a tuna sub with both mayonnaise and mayonnaise lite on it. Also, very little sweet onion sauce as ordered.nnOnly positive experience was that the clerk was polite when I called to complain.nnUpdate: ordered a foot long sub and got a six inch one. Called. Clerk asked if I could come in. Why not redeliver?
