Took 45 min to get through drive thru
Taco has come a long way with drive through times from ordering until I had food in my hand it was about 5 minutes even with 2 customers in front of me. Food was hot and fresh. They did forget my wife's cinnamon twist. No biggie.. Employees are super friendly.
This taco bell was freaking amazing. Everything we got was fresh, hot, and correct. It was also packaged nicely so that our chips weren't smashed. The ladies at the drive thru window were nice, too. Overall great experience!
By FAR the worst taco belle around. Which is a shame because they are the closest.nI think I will start driving to Elizabethtown which is consistently the BEST.nI have not had a fully correct order or good experience probably the last 6 out of 8 times I’ve gone.nLong waits... extremely (still don’t let you order inside...why?) forget an item, out of sour cream or sauce, give the wrong sauce, mess up the order they do decide to give you.nDidn’t give me a receipt either so I’m out $7 for my item they decided I didn’t really want on this trip.nThis is clearly a management and training issue.nAs a well run taco belle (E-town for example) doesnt seem to have this problem. Ever.nAnd they also train in customer service (no “how can I take your order?” -how? I don’t know how-you tell me)nUnlike this store.nClear lack of caring here.
Short staffed, so line were terribly long in drive through. But good food, and great service for the amount of staff working. Great job!!
