Even though I am relocating an hour outside of Lancaster, I will always think of Manor Auto first. I have been a steady customer for over fifteen years, and cannot speak highly enough about this family-owned, local, honest and talented establishment!!! Every single time I have called, Susie answers the phone like an old friend, and Chris delivers everything promised on time and sometimes even under-budget. A trusted and fair mechanic is hard to come by.
I've been a customer of Manor Auto for at least 25 years - once I found them I never went anywhere else. Friendly, honest, careful to explain exactly what needs to be done and upfront about the cost. Very accommodating; more than once they've helped me out on very short notice. Chris and Suzie have been in business for so long for a good reason--they take care of their customers.
Excellent customer service! This was my first time bringing a vehicle to Manor Auto and I’m so happy I did. Professional and super friendly staff. I had to get my car inspected they were efficient and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back next year.
Chris did a great job on my 2000 Buick, it rides like new.
Fixed my van with a minimum of drama at a reasonable cost. Nice people. Hope it will be awhile, but I'll take my vehicle here again when I need to!
