Bluebird offers a very accessible service. There business hours are great. I am happy with how easy it is to have my car washed. I own a brand new car and have noticed micro scratches on my vehicle after being washed. I understand there is some risk in taking my car threw a car wash though. So if you don’t mind a minor scratch here and there it’s a perfect place to have your car washed regularly. I use my vehicle for work, I wash it often and have had no issues with access and service. This place is everything I would expect it to be.
Blue residue from the sprayers was left on the vehicle
My car was clean but left with it scratched up pretty bad. Knew it was from the car wash cause it still had stuff peeling off from the scratches when I got home and they were definitely not there before. I had inspected my car beforehand cause I’m trying to get an appraisal. I had been taking off some stickers on the back window before the car wash and the scratches are on the top of my trunk so they were 100% not there before. It was pretty irritating right before heading to the dealership. Scratch remover helped for the most part but there are still a few of the bigger scratches it didn’t remove. I figured sometimes these things happen but my husband just got back from getting his car washed here and the same thing happened. We will definitely not be going back and are pretty disappointed this happened to us twice.
I love going to the Blue Bird Express. The employees are top notch and are always ready to help. Manager Scott helped me out a couple days ago with an issue and took care of it. Highly recommend everyone try this place out.
Recently went to the haunted car wash. Great idea for a great cause. They did an amazing job of moving all the cars through safely and in good time for the size of the crowd.
