I absolutely love the people who own and operate this company. Now, I haven't had a move out experience renting, but I feel they are just honest, fair, and very helpful for me as a renter and Future buyer from this company. However, they don't have a vast majority of the rental or seller market, and I don't know why. They are great folks though!

This is the best rental agency that I have ever experienced!nEveryone that works for this company is extremely polite and responds very quickly to any questions that you may have.nWhen repairs are needed, the staff contact the required contractors immediately.nEven the contractors are super great. They are knowledgeable and fix everything very expediently.

Loved renting through American Realty for the last 2 years. Very timely getting anything fixed and very friendly staff! I would definitely recommend them to manage your property or rent one of their properties!

Staff was great. Food was great and out in a very timely manner. Will continue to visit this restaurant in tge future. Thanks to making our dinner experience better compared to the burger joint across the street.

American Realty is the property manager for our rental home in the area. We just started working with them, but the experience has been wonderful so far. Their management fees are reasonable and they allow me to do any basic maintenance on the property if I so choose before calling in an outside service. That lets me save money since I do all my own work on properties anyway. I highly recommend them.
