Arbor Crossing Apartments

according to my experience in the building where I lived; It is an extremely quiet place perfect for those of us who want to rest from the strong daily routine. Miss Jennifer will always make you feel important and will solve any problem you have; The management manages the complex very well, they are very fair when evaluating the apartment the day I sadly needed to leave, otherwise I could surely live there for many years without having to worry.

No real Management, complain about noise during they night they give you another number to call which refers you back to them. Its almost impossible to reach them cause they are never there. This place is a joke to live it.

I lived here for about two years. When I received my move out statement that I would caution anyone considering living here. Take this read as a opinion from a previous tenant. If this place offers you a vinyl flooring do take caution, because although my fiancee and I tried our best to keep the vinyl clean as possible they ended up charging me $500 and replaced the entire flooring. The replacement of the carpet was half of the vinyl and the vinyl covered 80% of the apartment. The only carpet present in the apartment was in the bedroom. So it might be possible that if the entire apartment was covered in carpet it would still be cheaper than the vinyl. I guess my only advice to future tenants that if the apartment looks nice or renovated they may charge you out the a** just to keep it like that. If you are looking for nice yet more affordable housing avoid this place because I ended up losing my security deposit, pet deposit and I still OWED them money. I also want to mention that my fiancee and I, after moving out went back to clean the unit the best we could and we were still charged outrageously. We understood we may lose some of our deposit but keep in mind that the replacement of vinyl ($500) is MORE than my deposit ($250). If you are the type of person that has money to blow on this place then have at it, but for people looking to stay in the affordable range and not get railed by large amount of cleaning fees I promise you can find somewhere else.nnIf anyone is biased or feels that I am making this up PLEASE LET ME KNOW and I will gladly show you the statement.

Absolutely the worst property agency I've ever had to deal with. They are nothing but a money grubbing company with incompetent people working there.

However. In the defence of Mission Rock Residential. The corporate office is very kind and forgiving. Although they are in control of the office at Arbor Crossing they cannot solely be held accountable for the decisions of others. We are all human beings.
