I have no complaints about this school. My daughter has gone here for two years and my youngest sister as well. They have succeeded in two different grades, one of which being Mrs. Hayes (which is mentioned in an earlier review as being “brain dead”). I truly disagree with this. This school is so close knit and everyone knows everyone. If you’re looking for a school to pay attention to everyone including small details, I highly recommend! If you’re looking for them to be just another child, I suggest you take them to another school. As for the kindergarteners not being watched and letting them run around the parking lot or bus lanes, in the two years I’ve been dropping my daughter off, picking her up and stopping by during school hours to volunteer or chaperone, I have never seen this happen. They go above and beyond to make sure all kids are safe by having people out front to direct traffic, allow/stop kiddos from walking in dangerous places and crosswalk guards down the road. That all being said, it’s a great school. I specifically stayed close to keep my daughter in this school.

This school is amazing. We fell on hard times and gateway had our backs the whole way. They helped me get my daughter to and from school when we needed it. The staff is great and friendly and my daughter loves it there

This is a horrible school! My son has been bullied everyday since he started going here and no one is willing to do anything about it, they just don't seem to care. His teacher, Hayes is completely brain dead she is the worst teacher I have ever met. She can't remember anything can't even put two sentences together. She can't control her class and just spends the hole day yelling at everyone. My son is shy and quiet, so she just sits there and makes fun of him. She should be fired immediately. Everything about school Is awful, please for the sake of your child do not let them go to this school

My friend has 2 kids in this school and she tells me about the stupidest policies like her kids cannot bring peanut butter and jelly sandwiches because of other children's peanut allergies. My son has a peanut allergy So I know how severe it can be, but to seriously tell those kids without them that they cannot have it is beyond stupid! Then birthday treats have to be healthy.. Wow her family is vegetarian they know healthy! A birthday bag with a few treats and toys should not be an issue, but the other day her son received a treat bag from a fellow student and she was surprised that it was filled with candy. Not to mention the constant confusion over the kindergarteners getting watched by the duty teachers, they are rarely out there with them and the front of the school is completely open for children to run into the bus lanes if not being properly watched. That should be a main priority not whether or not a child can bring in peanut butter or candy. The list goes on and on ... Do research before choosing the right school.
