Superior Water and Air

Jeff was at my neighbor's house providing annual servicing so I asked if it was possible to have mine done as well? He checked with the office and an appointment was scheduled for that afternoon. He was prompt, knowledgeable and service completed in a timely manner. Love this company and the service they provide. Highly recommend!nnAddendum: I had a new water softener and RO system installed and Jacob did the install. My Superior Water Softener system needed replacement salt which I had no experience with. I placed a call to Matthew Dealy who was amazing walking me through the entire process. He had stapled his card along with the owners manual which made for a extremely painless experience. Matthew Dealy demonstrated extreme product knowledge and was very professional! Note: Matthew Dealy is no longer with Superior Water and Air however, he took the time to (answered his phone) address my concerns and still stand by his name. Work ethic and customer service at it's BEST!

Jacob did a good job. I think since water heater was down stairs their should of been 2 guys on the job so he would of had easier time getting old rusty heater out with out so much clean up on landing and stairway. He didn't clean it up. Also left saw dust where he made hole though wall. Left it on dryer. Over all he is a hard worker but tryed to do it to fast for one worker. He did do it in the amount of time he said it would take, but taking a little longer and cleaning up would of been better. He was very nice and was on time.

Jake at Superior Water & Air did an excellent job from start to finish with our new water heater install. He arrived on time and walked me through our different options with respect to purchasing a new water heater system and removing our old one. After receiving a quote and choosing which product we wanted, he quickly got to work. He also explained what he was going to do before he did it, and he explained how everything worked after it was installed. I was impressed with Jake's knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. (And we are quite happy to have hot water again!) Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new water heater; I would be confident in reaching out to Superior for any other services they provide as well.

We were first introduced by Costco Rep. Tom who was great. Then Jeremy came to our home and carefully explained all about the water system making sure that we had all the information to make a great choice. Then Jake the installer came to our home and did a most professional installation even taking extra time time to make sure my wife and I were well informed before during and after our new water treatment and filtration system was installed! I could not imagine a more honest and caring experience! Thank you Superior Water And Air!!!
