Dana gave me EXCEPTIONAL service throughout my whole experience with Cloverdale Plumbing!!!-Right from his initial phone call notifying me he was on the way, he was very friendly! When he arrived, he was very polite and friendly! When he made an assessment of the work I needed, he explained everything in detail to me, making sure I understood my options and the pricing for each option. And his actual plumbing work was of the highest quality-Premium quality!!! And Cloverdale pricing was very reasonable! I highly recommend Cloverdale Plumbing!

Ty and Kirsten provided optimal and outstanding costumer service to me me twice tonight--Sunday night. The first time, they were prompt and put me at ease immediately. When they left, they were super helpful in telling me what I needed to do if something occurs and reminded me of the warranty. Within an hour I had to call them back and they quickly returned. They continued to provide optimal and outstanding costumer service, reminded me of the warranty, and just reassured me. I had just purchased this house and I was a bit overwhelmed. Troy Paulin referred me to Cloverdale Plumbing. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a water volume issue in our powder room. The sink just trickled water out and other plumbers looked at it and said that was just the way it was designed. Cloverdale worked on it, then did some research and removed what was restricting the water flow and it works perfectly now! They went the extra mile!

It isn't fun when the underground lines break. Since it was an unplanned instance, the sameday initial responce was amazing! Brian and Dewey, espically Dewey, were effecent, and hard working, and very professional.

*** Update*** received a call from Andrew with Cloverdale pluming. He was concerned about our less than stellar experience and wanted to talk to us about what went wrong. He made a point to come to our home and have us walk him through what happened to see where they could do better in the future. I really appreciated his response and commitment to good customer service.nnCharged me over $400, didn’t have the necessary equipment and left without the job being done ud83dude21 We had a plugged kitchen sink on THANKSGIVING! I was hosting dinner and knew we couldn’t deal with not being able to use the kitchen sink so my husband called Cloverdale. We knew the holiday service call was going to be more costly and we prepared to pay extra for it. The man was nice but seemed to really be struggling and spent forever with the snake under the sink. He was unable to reach the clog because his snake wasn’t long enough. He told us he was going to have to cut open the wall and pipe to gain access farther down the line. We decided to have him go at this point because guest were showing up. He didn’t leave without trying to sell us a $50 bottle of pipe cleaner and an extended service contract ud83dude10. When he handed me the bill for $400 I was shocked, when I asked if that included him coming back with the correct equipment and finishing the job he said “no that will be another charge”. We had EC plumbing come the next day and with a longer snake was able to clear the clog in 20 minutes for $100. I will never use nor will I recommend Cloverdale plumbing.
