Donovan was an amazing technician who completed my furnace tuneup and safety check. He photographed and showed me the condition of any issues he flagged for future repairs, too. Not only that, he gave me general cost estimates for the items he identified to aid in my own financial planning. He was very thorough and helpful. He was prepared and masked at arrival and showed up timely. Never pushy, just knowledgeable and pleasant. I’d be happy to work with him again. If other staff are like him at Perfect Air, they’ve got my support. This is third time I’ve used Perfect Air for annual tuneups and I’ve been happy with their service.

Ken was extremely memorable as my HVAC serviceman. I love that all the Technicians have a bio that is sent to you prior to their visit along with a photo of them for recognition.nnI can’t say enough good things about this company. Ken and I ended up chatting for a couple hours while he worked on my furnace. I would absolutely have him over just as a friend. Quick note to commend Justin and Chris for a professional, thorough job last week installing a new furnace. They showed fortitude and creativity in re-routing some plumbing and ducts (extra work that could not have been known until the old unit was ripped out). They left the work space immaculate. I already know after one week that the way they installed has led to increased comfort in our home as temps have dropped. Thank you guys.
