Great work, very professional.

After messing around with several other plumbers for quotes I called All Star Plumbing. They came out the next day, had the least expensive quote of all the companies, and where there the next day to move my toilet to the other side of the bathroom. They were truly amazing to deal with and I won't even waste my time calling other companies for future work. This was simply the best experience I've had with any construction related company ever. The other amazing thing, they have someone that answers the phone!!!! I know, novel idea right? A+++nn10-19-2016 UpdatenWell a year after my first experience with All Stay Plumbing and I had a leaky pipe in my crawlspace and they were my first call. They were prompt and showed up the next morning to (I called them in the late afternoon) look at the leak. They assessed my leak and told me that it was a cheap repair but I decided to have them replace all the drains in half my house. They were fast and did amazing work and gave me a very, very good price. It is so nice to have a plumbing company to call that is reliable and well priced.

The All Star Plumbing team did a great job cleaning the roots from our main drain line. They were courteous and promptly came out to take care of the problem. I really appreciated the way they cleaned up after the job too.

One of the better customer service experiences I've had in any industry. Johnny was extremely professional when providing us our assessment and quote. We needed to add to our quote and Jennifer in the office was not only friendly and professional, but extremely prompt. We got an appointment for our plumbing repairs much quicker then I expected and the work was done in top notch fashion. I don't have a lot of experience with local plumbers, but it's safe to say this company has to be one of the better ones out there.

All Star Plumbing & Restoration is an honest and hardworking group. I recently had a significant amount of water damage and plumbing work that needed to be done. This job included cleaning up mold, cutting drywall/patching/painting, toilet install, tub overflow/drain pipe replacement, underlayment replacement, new vinyl floor install, trim installation and caulking.nnPart of the job included a minor mistake on a toilet install which they responded to immediately. All I did was call their 24 hour phone number and the owner himself picked up. He offered to come out that night but we determined it wasn’t necessary and instead he had a crew come out first thing the next morning on a Saturday. They showed up as promised, fixed installation and completed the rest of the job that was originally scheduled to be done the following Monday.nnThey were more than fair with their pricing and great service. For example, they even went to the extent of taking off their shoes before they came into our house and was very courteous the entire time. I do estimates/pricing for large projects every day for a living and I know they not only gave me a great deal but included superior service on top of that!
