Subway

Darn tasty. Didn't follow instructions from website for order... Who's fault? Who knows... Very tasty food. Ready when we arrived but still waited in the line behind others ordering in store... Weren't prompted to just pick up and pay; team was busy with new orders.

Today during normal LUNCH hours, there was 1 staff member working upfront. 1. The line stretched out of the door. Unreal. If you work in the Eagle area, do not use this store. You will not make it back to work.

I order from here a lot, for I work 3 mins away. I suggest that your employees be more consistent in orders, especially online orders that give written instructions. I can tell when a sandwich was made with little to no effort, and some will have 2-3 toppings missing. A couple times I was basically given a lettuce sandwich. I know it's not all employees that work here, for some do a great job. Just giving a little encouragement for all employees to be more thorough and have better attention to detail.

The wide generations that run subway should be commended for keeping up w/the speed of business.
