Always takes 15 minutes to get $4 worth of food

The food is usually pretty good and most of customer service is great however there is one Manager Joseph who is highly highly rude and treats customers terrible if not for him would have rated this location a little better. But I have never been treated as awfully as this man treated me. I will be sure if I ever return to call and make sure he is not working. I also noticed the quality of food was not nearly as good on his shift as other managers. The crunch tacos were soggy and it was at best room temperature

TBH I was extremely disappointed with this last visit. Spent almost 15-20 min waiting on a basic 3 item order. The cashier had the enthusiasm and personality of a wet sponge and the food prepper looked like he hadn't bathed in a few days!nnMy only hope is that they listen to the young lady they just hired, who was interviewing while I waited for my food. She has amazing people skills and knows how a great Taco Bell should run. I should know - she's my daughter! ud83dude18ud83dude06

This specific location is great! They have never messed up my order, unlike some of the other locations. They have super friendly staff. I will drive out of my way to come to this location, because they get it right every time!
