Subway

Toasted sandwiches were cold at pick up time, almost as though they didn't read the time on the ticket. Employee with long hair had hair unrestrained, and should have been wearing a hairnet, as the hat didn't restrain his hair effectively. There was a minor mistake or two with the order of 3 sandwiches aside from not reading the time on the ticket, but that has become expected at most Subway locations.

The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions.

Worst customer experience I've ever seen! Was in this store when a guest came in and wanted to place an order. The guy refused his buisness because he did not have a mask. The guest followed social distancing more than required. He didn't ask why the customer wouldn't wear a mask. After listening to the exchange I left as well as the guest. I asked in the parking lot whybhe didn't wear a mask. He qas a vet with a breathing issue due to something that happened in the military. He follows guidelines as Ibm stated of social distancing. This a sad place do due buisness if we let employees get disrespectful in the matter the subway representative did. I myself would have at least asked why. If it made sense then let him order. Also there was only myself and that person. More than ample distancing was there. Shame on you subway! Also the mask isn't a law it is a guidline IF needed. Either way NO Way to treat a Vet! Shame on You!

We used to really love to come to this Subway; it’s super close to the house! Sadly the last few times we’ve been, our sandwiches have been smooshed!

Charged me for two roast beef sandwiches...only ordered one. Then when i called and told them about it, with receipt number, they acted as if i was never there. Enjoy that seven bucks guys, will be the last money you ever see from me and my family..
