Jack came to clean our carpets and he was wonderful. He called to say he was running early and asked if that was alright. It was great for us and he was at our house 20 minutes later. He was polite, courteous and could not have done a better job. My carpets look great and at a very fair price. I love Zerorez.

I was impressed with every aspect of Zerorez Starting with Ezekiel, who called to let me know he was going to be early. When he came he was so thoroughly knowledgeable he explained things very well and was easy to understand. He was very polite and respectful. The job he did was amazing. I feel like my carpets are truly clean , not just sprayed and a little water sucked up. He also really helped with pet issues and odor and had a lot of good info.nI love clean carpets so I’m thrilled.nI would undoubtably recommend Zerorez for your carpets.

Zerorez always does an outstanding job. I don’t have expensive carpet but they sure can make it look great. I love being able to smell and Feel the difference once they clean my carpets. Once I replace my builder grade carpet with decent carpet, I plan on having them put the protective products on as well. I can’t even imagine how much it will help. Not sure how you make amazing even better, but if anyone can do it Zerorez can. Absolutely amazing results and love the customer service.

First off, I'd like to say I'm mortified this is out here. In the past, I must have been compromised on my account. I have since changed my password. I have no idea who wrote this. I can assure you it wasn't me. I will be switching my review to 5, but keeping the comment so customers can see your awesome response. Once again, so sorry I didn't catch this until I was writing another google review.nnThe $39 per room special was only for the water. I was shocked when the guy told me it would be $$1,400++ to clean 3 rooms and 2 small hall ways because there was pet urine. Yes you read that right $1,400+. I did the $39 per room but then one was considered oversized so that was more and then some environmental fee of another $15. It was like buying a Corey Barton home, it came with a sliding door but if you wanted glass in it or a screen those were all extra. And after the basic clean the traffic patterns are still there. I see no difference from before they came.
