Supervisors Travis (tear out) and Ryan (cleaning) did a great job at my parent's house. Communication was timely and their time estimates were accurate. They saved--and disinfected--what we instructed them to save and disposed of everything else. I went over the job site carefully before my parents moved back in and was very impressed with the excellent work. The site was absolutely clean in every way. Kudos to the whole crew: Jay, Omar, Junior, Nate, Trent, George and of course, Travis and Ryan.
Eric Kirby, a crew chief with ServPro and Marco Delgado were amazing to work with. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. You all were a silver lining around the cloud of our shower’s plumbing rupture! Everything was well explained and we were well guided by Junior. We were so well informed It felt like being in a hospital waiting room with the doctor stepping out to talk to us about everything being found! Junior was awesome. Junior helped us to understand the process of restoration and working with our home insurance. He went above and beyond to communicate with everyone involved including our adjuster and flooring company. He was super helpful to everyone! Very professional and we felt comfortable and relaxed having him in our home.
