From first phone call to the final cleaning, the experience was great. Kind, prompt and informative. This job was not easy as it had 4 sets of stairs but now everything looks great, and clean like new carpet. I very much appreciated having this service done and would/ will call them again when needed again. Thank you so much!

The Safe N Soft team did a great job on our commercial grade carpet in multiple office buildings for our business. It was super easy to schedule and the team showed up right on time.nnThere were many areas that had lots of stains, especially in the kitchen area and they were able to get them out. The carpets looked great when they were finished! I look forward to having them clean the carpets again!

I feel like Safe N Soft Carpet Cleaning performed a miracle today. Our carpet is old and smelly, and they brought it back to life. The smell is gone, the pile is healthier looking than before, and they did it all with excellent communication, friendly and on-time service. I am blown away at the difference between this company and the last local company we used at a comparable price tag. They took the time needed to prep the carpet for cleaning, and it was mostly dry and walkable in an hour. I’m pleased that I can wait a little longer before replacing the carpet. I highly recommend Safe N Soft and will absolutely use their services again.

I was so impressed with Safe N Soft! The service was spectacular, including before my appointment and messages to confirm my appointment and time, and they arrived right on time. The quality of the cleaning was the best I have ever experienced! Professional and polite, in and out quickly, they wore covers on their shoes, and our house smelled so good and fluffy, clean carpets! I highly recommend! You will be delighted with Safe N Soft!

Had a great experience with soft n clean. From the start their bid was transparent and accurate to what was delivered. Great communication from the team leading up to the appointment.The work was done quickly but without sacrificing any quality as the cleaning looks outstanding.
