I have been sending clothes to Dry Cleaning Butler for a decade. I can call for a special pickup or put my things out on my regular day. Their automated system reminds me the night before. So easy! I took a Men's suit coat to the tailor there last summer. They were obviously very busy but took the time to speak with me. I asked for a rush, since my son didn't let me know until the week he needed to wear the suit. They accommodated me and did a nicer job shortening the sleeves than I asked for.
Great service and always prompt with pickup and delivery. They’re also flexible if you need something extra done in the middle of the week with a next day pickup. Quality has always been very good in terms of cleaning and pressing. I have all my dress shirts folded, for easy travel. Definitely recommend them.
I've been using Dry Cleaning Butler for over 10 years and have never had an issue with their service. They are always timely with pick-ups and drop-offs. I like the new text service where we let them know if there is anything for them to pick up. Pricing is reasonable and I also enjoy not having to drive to the cleaners any longer.
We have been so pleased with Dry Cleaning Butler over the past 15yrs of service. Stan is an awesome guy; always pleasant and cheerful....he evennbrings treats for our dog. We just returned from vacation, sent all our clothes to be dry cleaned and they look brand new ! Prices are very reasonable as well.
