Our family loves coming here! The kids love to see the animals everytime and the seasonal activities is an added bonus. We especially love seeing the donkey and the miniature horse. The staff is always friendly and the treats are always delicious! We will be moving out of county soon, but we will definitely still be coming back to visit Misty Meadow!
Another Ice Cream spot on the Maryland Ice Cream trail. How can you not love Ice Cream? The serving size was not as big as the other two I visited. Still delicious. Please stop and support this local dairy
Went here as part of the Maryland ice cream trail, an effort by the Maryland department of agriculture to give exposure to local creameries. Out of the 8 ice cream places we tried over the past few weeks, Misty Meadow Farm was definitively the best. The ice cream was rich and flavorful, the atmosphere was homey and relaxing, and the service was excellent. They also gave you the option to pick from the sunflower fields they have in the back. Definitely worth the drive.
Very cute place. They had chickens, goats, sheep, a donkey, and a miniature horse, some of which could be petted. They also sell ice cream and a number of other items and beverages. They also had some toy tractors for the kids to ride.
Great ice cream! They also have a large area for kids to play and a little petting zoo.
