Baird is wonderful. An ink pen broke in my vest resulting in a two inch stain that they got out. I won't go anywhere else!
Raymond and Tiana are great employees, they really seem to enjoy serving customers. I've been going here for over a year and have only had one problem with a shirt, which they were quick to address and resolve to my full satisfaction. I absolutely recommend this location for all your dry cleaning needs, as they give you an amazing result.
The manager is a shaggy little black haired dude, but he's an absoulte beast adhd one of the cookers dudes I've met. Rock on brah

I dropped off a 3-piece suit to be cleaned for my son to wear to prom. When my wife went to pick it up this morning and gave the lady the ticket, the lady told her it wasn't in the system even though my wife had a ticket. When my wife got home I called them and they remembered me bringing in the suit. They looked for it and called me back about 30 minutes later and told me they found it but it had been mislabeled under a different customer. I drove back over to get it and they charged me full price. When I complained about them mislabeling my suit and it caused us additional time and an extra trip to their business I was offered a 10% discount. I find their customer service far below expectations. If they misplace your stuff, finally find it, you have to come back. Expect no discout offered for them inconveniencing you.
