Helpful, friendly, great service!

Placed an order for shingles on short notice and they were delivered in 3 days. I'm a homeowner doing my own roof by myself. I started prepping the ridges for roof delivery (only way to go) but the truck showed up before I was ready. The delivery guys spread out the shingles to the area I had done, then helped me prep my remaining ridge with a replacement piece of sheathing and underlayment. Thanks Greg and your delivery guys for the awesome service.

The office can not read architectural drawings. They did not supply, or install the trim the way the drawings clearly show. The office was very adversarial. When trying to do warranty work for workmanship, I was sent a bill for additional work, again clearly shown on the drawings. I decided to wait 2 years before posting, to see how the installation held up. I just reinstalled 2 pieces that blew off AGAIN last night.

Very impressed! Nice and polite loaded the shingles we purchased right on to our roof and delivered next business day. A+ service. Only comment is I wish they had brought a receipt when they delivered.

Nice and helpful considering I didn't know much about sheet rock and texturing.
