Slow yard service, high prices. Waited 30 minutes in the yard to pick up 7 pieces of lumber. Altogether it took more than an hour to finally get those 7 boards. Not going back.
10/14/20 6:50amnYour truck driver almost killed me. He pulled in front of me from the middle lane across traffic into your company and I had to slam on my brakes and swerve over 2 lanes into the middle lane to miss his long bed. I'll be calling once you are open.
After waiting almost a week for a call from Franklin went to bmc and got great service
Exceptional service, especally from Dustin K., the sales person. Great people to work with, on time with all deliveries, and they are willing to work with you to resolve all construction needs. Highly recommend.
Matt Downey from BMC sent out someone (do not have the name of the man he sent ) to install door sweeps on two of our doors. The front door had some air leakage, and was hard to open and close. He adjusted the front door and now it opens and closes smoothly, this was a bonus for us. He did a great job, and we appreciate his work!
