We were pleasantly surprised by the staff and the selection of merchandise. Here are the details of our experience, the staff allowed us to take our time and approached us without pressure. All the questions we asked they answered and we found the appliances to be a very good deal. Trevor who assisted us through the purchase, provided vital details and pointed out the scratches or minor dents on the appliances. In addition, the delivery of the appliances were reasonable and they can also install the appliances. It is nice to know American Freight provides a good alternative to paying full retail price. I will definitely go back to American Freight when I need appliances or furniture.

We want to recommend this as an excellent resource for not only service, but product. We purchased a bed frame there in June and went back today and both Richard and Trevor were outstanding with their help and recommendations on what we needed for our place up in McCall!!!nRichard was even so kind as to double check and make sure that our order was placed correctly. Somehow it had gone to Las Vegas and we were able to change it and if it was not for his phone call we would not have known about the mistake until tomorrow on the pick up day. That type of service is extremely appreciated!!

The salesman in American freight was very knowledgeable courteous and he knew exactly what we wanted and he showed us the best appliances he had in stock.nWhen the time came for delivery the delivery persons were excellent, they were courteous and very professional. They made sure that they did not Dent scrape the walls in the house or the appliances.nThey showed us how to work rhe appliances and made sure that the appliances were working correctly before they left. Would highly recommend them to my family or friends to purchase from American freight.
