Great selection of quality hardware. I usually am just the gofer to pick up the supplies in Boise for construction in Blaine county. I have NEVER been given the incorrect item and have always had professional service. On Wednesday (08-26-20) however, the guy who helped me was a STELLAR example of how customer service should be done! I wish I had his name, but if the company read this, it was the gentleman who helped the person who picked up the order for Zabala Construction. In all the years we've purchased through them, he stands out head and shoulders above the rest (not that the rest are sub-par).

Y’all say your closed at five. But you actually close at 3. I now cannot do the job I bid.

I recently purchased all my knobs and pulls for my new cabinets here. I was super impressed with paying attention to detail and making my order go smoothly. In addition, I needed a different size screw for my doors and stopped back by to see if they had any. Instead of making me purchase 100 of them they were kind enough to give me 11 individual screws. Thank you for going above and beyond. I also have returned and ordered my bathroom wall hooks from them because I was so happy. I would highly recommend them.
