Industrial Hardware Idaho

Great service from a local shop specializing in in fasteners such as nuts and bolts. Had to wait a bit for service, but worth the wait, small crew, but they seem to have almost any nut, bolt, or machine screw I could need.

I have been coming there for years. Would normally give a five star. Until today. Now they have a huge plastic covering at the counter . As well as they are wearing there cover masks .the gentleman who has helped me before rudely hands a mask my way and I gently decline due to my asthma ! In this 45 degree weather he tells me to stand outside. I call to complain. He tells me I am never to come there again and to go somewhere else.WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD SAY IF THEY ARE PROTECTED THEN I GUESS I CANT POST A THREAT

This place is so cool, they have most specialty harware and the bulk prices are unbelievable.

Employees make this buying experience amazing. They are all so friendly and they have or can get whatever hardware I need. I look forward to trips to pick up hardware because of this place. These guys are passionate about what they do! And their prices are more than fair.
