This is the first time I've ever added a one star review. The touch-free machine struck the side of my truck. Fortunately there was no damage. The machine stopped mid-Cycle. The machine charged us $21 for a $10 service, and then I had to spend more money for the wand, so that I could rinse the soap off of my truck after the machine quit. I tried to call the service number, but there was no answer and no answering service. I really wanted to support a local company, but can not suggest that anyone utilize the Keystone Car Wash service.
Way over priced and the timers a are wrong, sign in the bay said $5 for 8.5 minutes, it charged my card $10.00 for 7 minutes. I would strongly advise against using this place unless it was absolutely necessary.
Dont wash your car there their it's a Trick brushes dont wash good and the soap so much foam it get dry quickly underneath so you can put more Money it keeps your Dirt on the car it wont wash of unless you wash it with your palm and timer goes so quickly better of go to a Automatic car wash
Equipment well maintained and a clean facility.
The change machine took my ten dollars and didn't give me my change.ive been trying to get ahold of someone there but the number just keeps ringing.
