I stop at your store frequently when visiting my Mom. Yesterday I was concerned because adults and children we’re running around the store without a mask. When asking the counter staff, I was told they were TRYING to enforce masks yet made no attempt to with these people. He told me as long as I wore a mask I “should” be okay, not even understanding that my mask protects others much more than myself (please train your staff better). This is insanity as covid is spiking everywhere. I must protect my elderly Mother, as well as myself, so will need to consider this before entering your store (at least) as long as this national health crisis lasts. There is a Sheetz nearby that is also convenient.
We ordered breakfast for our shop. I used the online app, that all went smoothly. Paid with credit card, received the email of confirmation, money removed from bank account. Pick up time 6:30 am, husband left the shop, walked in, Day manager told him the food order went through, but not the payment. So he paid again... ud83dude21. Gets to the shop tells me the story. I have to wait till we get off work, get home check my account, the charged me the night of 10/15/19, $42.07, transactions complete, another $42.07 10/16/19. Called, no answer, called again, young man answered, I need to speak to your supervisor. Put on hold for 6 minutes, they hung the phone up on me.ud83dude21. Called again, this time the phone rang off the hook, The next thing I know I’m listening to a recording from Giant Eagle, WTF....Going in Tomorrow morning, NEED A REFUND.... Their till had to of been $42.07 over. If I get no help from the crew there, I will call Giant Eagle, and see to it they are dealt with.

Ordered food here last night via app. Picked up the order, it was around $40 dollars. The food was in 2 grocery bags. The subs were not even covered by the wrap, both ends of the subs exposed. The wrappers were backwards. Our chicken tenders and mac and cheese bites were out of there little cups and in the bottom of the grocery bags. Pizza on it's side. We got one of the big mozzarella subs, it was a 14 inch sub , and it only had 2 tiny little drops of marinara. I am so very disappointed, this was the first time I had ordered food from a get go and i never ever will again.
I come to Getgo to get an xl drink and they discontinued the size!!! Trying to save money, but disappointing a regular customer!! Sheetz and Speedway win!!!
