The food is usually pretty good. Staff is friendly and prompt. The building needs to be renovated.
I would like to preface this by saying the employee I interacted with was 100 percent doing her job to the best of her ability with the situation she was given.nToday I waited 50 minutes in line at the drive through. 50 minutes. The meal I got had virtually nothing in it and looked nothing like the pictures. So, I wasted $10 and an hour of my time. Never again.
Taesha Greeted me with The UP MOST RESPECT!! As my Trip started in the drive thru..She was so Happy and Bubbly, I knew from the beginning of my order it was Great. She patiently waited for me as I placed my order for a family of 8. When I got to the window to pay...Her Smile.. personality was Amazing!! I would recommend this LongJohn silvers for #1 customer service...Thank You Again for everything!!
