Taco bell is Taco bell. I wanted the Doritos shells but they were out. And no more taco pizza, I don't care for the fries they got.. but taco bell is always my go to if I don't feel good. The hard shell tacos r always on my list! ud83dude0a

The employees have never been anything but polite and friendly to me! Since the pandemic the line for the drive thru has been longer than it normally would be, but the workers have maintained their professional, and friendly, attitudes even when they are having to deal with customers who are less than polite and also don't believe in following the social distancing and mask guidelines that have been put in place. I have to give these employees a lot of credit to put up with people who treat them so poorly. I have never had a reason to complain about this Taco Bell.

Got in line at 9:30 pm... Line was humongous! I sit there and download the app, place my order and the choice for store pick up was available. I selected it. Once my order was submitted, I get out of line to pull up to the store and get out only to find the door is locked! So now I can get behind the other 12 cars that we're behind me.... I found an email this morning that my order was automatically changed to drive-thru pick up. It should have never been an option in the first place. Order was cancelled!
