I went in to get my lashes done and got a volume full set that I payed 130$, before even going in Whitney texted me the day before my appointment saying she had to change my appointment even though I had booked it online already telling me that date and time was available. I went in the next day she was really nice and everything was good they looked good when I got done and I loved them, right as I left they started falling out. I did all the aftercare as I have always done with my other lashes, never had this problem and on day 3 they had ALL fallen out. Not even joking when I say all of them had fallen out so I texted her and she wanted me to pay more to get them fixed when it wasn’t my fault and she said this has happened to her with other clients before. I texted her twice about it and it took her a day to get back to me and told me to go to another lash artist. I didn’t even want my money back, just wanted my lashes fixed that’s why I went to a more expensive place expecting to get quality. This was by far my worst experience waste of my time and money, defiantly would not recommend getting your lashes done here!! Doesn’t even deserve one star.
