Serena was really great - I was nervous about getting lashes and she was so wonderful with me, explaining all of the pros and cons and even did an overnight glue test on me. I really appreciated her care for me as a person instead of just trying to sell me something - she truly wanted me to be happy. I highly recommend her!
This was my 1st time getting lash extensions. Serena made me feel very comfortable and explained everything like the cost and what type of Lashes might look good on me. It was very relaxing. Thank you Serena for backing my lashes look wonderful again.

Been going to Boise Lash Lounge for over a year now and absolutely love Serena's work! When I first moved to Boise, I wanted to make sure that I went to someone clean, educated, and friendly. There are so many people and businesses that offer lash extensions and some applications result in pretty scary stories. Thankfully, I have not had to experience some of these horrific stories. Serena is knowledgeable in the application process and care that eyelash extensions require. She is an ARTIST and I receive endless compliments on my lashes, thanks to her!
