!!! AVOID this business entirely !!!nnIf I could give 0 stars, I would.nLash extensions lasted 4 days, with proper care. The quality is horrible. The owner and employee were completely unprofessional and sent texts instead of a phone call. Offering a discount for a fill to an out of state person, who would want to go back there?! Save your eyes and your money, go somewhere else!

Loved going to lash gang till my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled 3 different times and the last time it was cancelled again and the artist did not respond to any of my messages and I was forced to find a new artist for my fill! On top of it being closer to the holiday and people being booked out...

My experience with Kendra was not so wonderful. Kendra is awesome at her work when she doesn’t cancel or reschedule your appointment. I been going to Kendra since July and since then she has canceled and reschedule 4 different times on me. This last time was due to a family emergency which I understand but the way she handled it was not professional at all. I had a appointment Friday she texted me at 2:52 am stating she was unable to make it do the a family emergency. She reschedule me for Sunday at 4. Less then a hour before my appointment she messaged me to cancel once again this time didn’t state when she could get me in. The first time Kendra canceled on me she canceled 5 minutes before my appointment as I’m sitting in then parking lot waiting to go in for a emergency for her dog. I wouldn’t recommend Kendra to anyone.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went to Kendra for my full set and I had one fill. Monday I had an appointment scheduled in which she texted me an hour before my appointment and canceled. She asked me if I was free to come in later that day and I said yes. She didn’t reply to me for 4 hours and again, couldn’t get me in that day. I told her my availability to get in for a fill asap, and she replied once over the course of 24 hours with a day I didn’t mention I could go in. I was pretty much forced to try to reschedule my own appointment that SHE cancelled. I am not the only person she’s provided this poor customer service, she did it to my friend the next day as well. I was planning on being a loyal client and even scheduled my next fill (that she cancelled) the day of receiving my first fill ever with her. Very disappointed in the customer service, and will not be recommending her services to anybody else. Poor customer service and doesn’t take her clients seriously!
