I've been seeing Donna at Smart Styles Garden City for five years. She colors, cuts and conditions my hair wonderfully. Won't go to anyone different. I have fine, thin, shoulder length hair and I trust her.
Last time I got a hair cut there it was great, this time was terrible. I had to go get my hair fixed after the cut because it was so un even. It was like she forgot to cut the right side of my head. The length was so noticeable from one side to the other. It was infuriating. Also I told her I needed my bangs cut so after she played at cutting my hair she said I suppose you want your bangs cut now. Duh that was one of the reasons i went. Jessica was the hairdresser.
Friendly, Quick service, like cut for teens and myself. Also good foil highlights. Affordable.

This was a hard pass.nUnprofessional customer service that makes you feel like you're a bother. The woman we saw did not make us feel like she cared what we were wanting as far as a haircut or even cared that we came in. She was disgruntled and unhappy and stressed. Seems like it is time to retire! The salon was crowded, there were piles of clutter all over the front counter, long waits while she took phone calls, and the stations were a mess.nnTake your business across the street to Super Cuts. Same prices but they offer better service and the place is clean.
