Lately everything here has been hit or miss. Waited in the drive thru for 27 minutes today. Last week it was almost 20 minutes. Sometimes they appear to be open, but finally someone comes outside and says they don't have enough staff to open.i have been a weekly customer for years,and usually the good is good. The two sisters that work there are always friendly and helpful, but the people they've brought on board recently have been less than stellar. Owner must not care, as I have never seen them at the restaurant.
Well, for one you can't count on them being open when they are supposed to be. Half the time the restaurant is closed. Not enough help? The last time I tried going there they were supposed to be open, but instead employees were throwing stuff at each other in the parking lot. I didn't think it would be a good idea to have people like that prepare my food so I just went somewhere else. Thumbs down.
Decent wait time....polite staff. Food a little greasy but that's across the board with the chain.... A little tricky to pull out of the parking lot...depending on time of day. Overall pretty good !
Excellent service excellent food...
Awesome food, as always. Long time faithful customer. Wish there was a location in or near Buffalo, NY. I've been enjoying LJS food for over thirty years and still love it!
