Nice, clean, modern restaurant. At least the pizzas we tryed were very good. Time spent in the rest. was around 45min from the time we open the door. The cashier was very courteous. Over all was a great stop in our vacations in Erie. I will come back however they can capture more volume if they adjust (lower)the price some. Thumbs up!!

Hello,nI ordered a large pizza yesterday and was disappointed with my experience. We ordered a large vegetarian pizza, I confirmed with the lady on the phone twice that the pizza would be a large. The pizza came and was sadly 11 inches in diameter, the box it came in was 12 inches (see photo attached below). The website and advertising says the pizza is 13.5 inches. After doing some quick research, the standard large pizza is 14 inches, and the standard medium size pizza is 12 inches. Receiving an 11 inch pizza, which is smaller than the standard size medium pizza was very disappointing. If the lady on the phone had said the pizzas were not large we would have ordered two. Overall, very disappointed that the pizza was only 11 inches as seen in the photo and not 13.5 inches as advertised. We were also very disappointed in the customer service. When entered we were not greeted at all nor any other customers who entered after us. The girls who were serving us were quiet rude and ignoring us. We were told the pizza would be ready in 20-30 minutes when it actually took 45 minutes. We also did not see the girls working sanitizing or washing their hands after using the cash register. During a pandemic this is very concerning.nI look forward to hearing your response.

Ordered from the new east 38th street location yesterday. The pizza was Phenomenal as always and the meatball sub was great as well. My hats off to the owner the manager and all the staff on a job well done for it being your first day open. Welcome to the neighborhood Donato’s you’ll be my go to pizza shop for now on.

The worse place to get anything from. My order was wrong, my pizza & cheese bread was burnt, and I called, they did replace the pizza with another burnt pizza. The second pizza which was the right order had a foul taste to it. My 8 year old wouldn't even eat it. Needless to say it all went into the trash and I'll never order from them again. By the way, this was my first time ordering from them. Way to go Donatos!

It was late and not many places were opened so we decided to get donatos. Pizza was good. Normally don’t like circle pizza, preferably like to choose Sicilian but the normal thin crust was excellent. I opened the box and to my surprise It see square slices on a circle pizza. Enjoyed it and thought the square slices added a novelty effect. So the next time I come to Erie I will definitely get donatos.
