Really disappointing experience. I was referred by a family member to go here for their excellent interior cleaning service. Instead of excellent service, I got a car that was only half clean. I paid $96 for interior cleaning that included vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and window cleaning. Junior was supposed to vacuum the entire interior, but the trunk was completely skipped. The windows didn't look like they were wiped down, and still had the same spots as they received the car. There was still dirt under the driver seat which wasn't vacuumed/cleaned. Overall, a poor experience. The only good part of the experience was Antonio offering to rectify the mistake of his coworkers. Would not go here again.

Sparkle Clean Car Care helped me out when I really needed it! On the way to the vet, my senior dog had an accident in my car on the backseat upholstery. I attempted to clean it up with carpet cleaners and Febreze, but nothing I did would make the smell go away, so I knew that it wasn't clean. After a couple of days it was pretty bad. I happened to be in Erie when I couldn't take it anymore, and did a Google search for detailers in my area. I called Sparkle Clean, and the woman who took my call listened to my problem, said she could help right away, listed the services that they offered, and quoted me a price. I purchased my vehicle used from a dealership, and had never had the interior detailed, so I decided to go for the works. It was a reasonable price. I arrived at the location a few minutes after hanging up the phone, and the associate at the location was very friendly. He listened to my story, and I felt confident that the problem would be solved. He did an excellent job, and my car not only smells great, but looks great, too! I will definitely use this company and this location again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job done at an affordable price. Thank you!

I just needed a car wash, vacuum, and glass cleaned. My car looks brand new. Took about an hour like they said and they even asked me to look over the car before paying. Amazing work. Will definitely go back again.
