Food was good but the workers were rude
I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger (keto diet friendly) & when I got back to work to eat lunch I noticed my order was wrong. (It had cheese on it) I went back and the manager on duty(I don't know her name but she was nice) fixed my problem with ease. There was no back and fourth, no attitude, no hassle. She apologized and made me feel valued as a customer. Great Job & Thank you!!
The menu and service were beyond my expectations. I truly enjoyed the environment of this place. Awesome spot to take the family out for dinner.
I love Five Guys, which is why I would never recommend this particular location to anyone. The food is cold and deliveries from this shop arrive soggy. It was worth it up to a point as this was the shop that door dash delivered from, but that has since stopped working as well. After a rude experience trying to figure out what was going on with my order never being ready for the door-dasher to pick up. I will never visit this store again.
They're always fast and friendly at this location. Store was clean and well staffed.
