State Patrol Office

Took day off work. Woke up at 3am. Drove 3 hours, came an hour early waited in parking lot, arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. Appointment was 7:30 am I was there 7:20am had all documents including receipts to all my parts, including tracking numbers to my parts, including printout of all stating delivered at my house. This guy said sorry can't accept this because you don't have a packing slip. Seriously? We are in a technologically advanced time and how hard is it to punch in a tracking number in google to confirm that indeed I’m not lying or trying to scam State Patrol these are Real tracking numbers all show delivered at the same address as on my drivers license. All original email receipts with order confirmation I paid WA state tax and there’s even a phone number to the company all state patrol has to do is call the company and confirm that indeed I legitimately and honestly purchased my parts in good will if they doubt that these are legitimate. This guy didn't even want to look at it. And here's where it felt like the biggest insult to me. I was marked as a no show!!! On their site it says if you are a no show all future appointments will be cancelled. Why would you do that? I did so much just to get there in fact had everything but a packing slip and was on time in fact probably arrived earlier than many locals probably would!!! I checked my email after I drove 3 hours home and that’s what it said. I was being really respectful, in fact I pulled my car off into the parking lot after I was told to go home and sat there for about an hour calling the vendor requesting they send me an invoice to my mailing address so I can prove to state patrol that I’m not lying to them. I even walked back to the office to ask the guy doing inspections, questions a couple times so you definitely know I was there. Why would you stab me in the back like that, you know I was there on time! It’s on your cameras. I understand I had no packing slip but I had all proof. Marking me as a no show is so disrespectful. How can WA state patrol employees treat people like that?. He also told me my buyer receipt looked faded so it’s probably not the original. I also had bill of sale with handwritten signature by an IAA Associate who signed when i paid. Well that's what they gave me at IAA. The red IAA logo looked grayish because they printed a colored document on a black and white printer... In conclusion I feel like our government sucks billions out of tax paying law abiding citizens in every way ridiculous tickets tolls fees you name you would think WA state patrol would at least adjust to the modern day era, I’m a younger man and i am the future of this country and in fact most of America has adjusted to modern day standards why can’t WA state patrol. I mean come on I have all proof of parts purchased with real tracking numbers an order number and all details to reach this company if state patrol doubts it’s legitimate. I feel like state patrol is living in the early 2000s still or even the 1900s come one guys. Online shopping is the future and we are living in it. Especially for younger people that’s all we know in fact most 18-50 year old people do today. You have everything all copies if you guys can fight crime do investigations and even use technology to catch criminals why can’t you use it to verify documents. It only takes a minute or two. If you can pull up photos of what the car looked like before it was fixed I’m more than certain you can punch in a tracking number in google and see if it was delivered to the address on my drivers license or not.

Rode my bike from Seattle to get vin inspection. Randomly closed. No notice online. Government as usual...

Busy place but waste time going from one counter for intake, another for fhoto,another for payment..too many lines too much delay
