I was overcharged for the service provided and when I asked for an itemized breakdown of the bill, I was not provided one; I called again asking for it, I was told the plumber was at my residence for two hours more than he actually was, I was then told they'd get back to me after agreeing that the bill looked like I was overcharged, but I am still waiting to hear back and receive both the itemized bill and a refund of the overage--it's four days and I'm still waiting.nnThe plumbers also arrived early in the morning the next day after the initial service--without having scheduled an appointment with me--to diagnose/verify a suspected break in my line. (Understand that the plumbers were fine, but the responsiveness and professionalism of the company has been lacking). Of course I let them in and they diagnosed a break in my line and told me they would be sending me an email with an estimate to fix the break. It has been a week, and I have not received that estimate to repair the break either.nnI am frustrated and suspicious about the lack of responsiveness of the company and I am now looking for legal assistance.

My family has used them for two different households, and they've been great both times. Professional, on-time, and they take the time to explain what exactly is going on. We liked them so well we had them do some other plumbing-adjacent tasks while they were there.

I had an emergency leak on a Saturday. Cisco came out and saved the day! Not only was he there in 5 minutes after I called but he was so nice and helpful and fixed the problem pretty darn quick ! I will definitely be using them for my espresso stand again if any other problem arises.

Worst experience I have had. I was told the first time the plumber would be out between 12-2, got a calling stating they would be at my house at 1 and no one showed up until almost 4pm. My toilet started leaking 2 days after they came out. When I called I was told they would be at my house again to fix the issue between 8-9, When I called at 8:30 asking when someone would be there I was told they were just dispatching. The lady Janine I spoke with was VERY rude and told me that I can go with another plumbing company and they could not tell me when someone would be at my house. I asked to speak with the supervisor because of how rude Janine was and she told me she was the supervisor. Horrible customer service. I would go with another company for plumbing work.

City water was turned off and workers said it was a bad water heater. Roto rooter worker Jarred found a busted pipe and that is all it was. Quoted a price and kept to it saving my family hundred's of dollars. Thank goodness for up front honest businesses like this. Thank you Roto rooter and to you Jarred.
