This place was so cool to visit. Real special place.
My boyfriend and I loved seeing all the historic aviation artifacts. The volunteers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Admission is free, but donations always appreciated!
Great little museum showcasing local people, airplanes, historical events and Aviation as it has developed in the Yakima area.nnThere are a bunch of small displays on different things and people as well as interesting airplane pieces, parts and photos. Throughout the building there is a large collection of detailed model airplanes and many old photos of the airport.
We were very impressed with all the aviation history. The volunteers were very knowledgeable. A must see. Free but a donation is always appreciated.
