Okay this place with the help of Seamless which is an offshoot of grubhub just ripped me off for the tune of 72.00. Claiming they attempted twice to deliver to me. No calls. Check my phone. No missed calls at all. Thank you UP seafood for nothing.
seafood and the setting at this spot is excellent. Cool location to meet with coworkers. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I can see why they have a lot of positive reviews.
Ordered through grubhub today around 9 p.m. not only did the food never show up even though the restaurant kept saying the food was on its way and it is now almost midnight our credit card was also charged!! We attempted to call many times before the 11 p.m. closing time to no avail we will never order from this place ever again it's such a shame the food was good but I don't pay for total lack of respect for customers! We will promptly be getting our money back from grubhub!
Food is good.. but lately using cheaper products. Collard greens blended with other greens, mussels are bearded and have problems dealing with their errors. Mistakenly put rice with mussels vs pasta. Boss never issued a credit because I didn't return immediately. Guess what.. never again as a customer.
The food here is amazing definitely good quality. Prices are reasonable for fresh local ingredients. My only complaint would be the woman who answers the phone taking orders. I've ordered from this place several times (delivery/pick-up) each time I've had to place an order there is a woman who is extremely rude and rushing you through your order. Awesome food, terrible customer service.
