I placed an order today at 5pm. When I called them back at 7:30pm to find out why I didnt receive it. She said they called but didnt get an answer. Then she had the wrong number. So they said they would make my order over but sent me the same pizza I ordered at 5pm. Mind u I got the pizza after 9pm. It was old and cold! Never again!! Customer service sucks big time
The girl who answered the phone was rude. Just because you talk fast and rush,doesn't make you efficient. Plus I said thank you,and she just hung up. The crazy part about it tho,is she was supposed to be the one saying thank you,then I hang up rudely
The Southside special salad is serious. Food be fresh. Lettuce is not to chunky and not shredded. Tomatoes be firm and fresh. Cucumbers be fresh and crunchy as they should be. The entire salad is just amazing!!! Every single time.
You’re not letting me order from there because I canceled a order last time and the lady me to be fired but ther food is good but sometimes cold
