All seemed well until I got into my car. The plastic covering for the seat mount was lying on the floor and I know it wasn't off or coming off prior to my visit (I have to unscrew the mat hold downs or they'll just yank them out of the carpeting, so i know the conditions). No one could replace it after knocking it off when vacuuming? Then when my vehicle was finished, they toweled it dry, and being they werent busy, had no other cars at the time, I was finishing my phone call. The guy lays on my horn so long. It was just so obnoxious and wrong.
My husband takes his BMW to be hand waxed and detailed. He's very happy with the results.
