I usually have a great shopping experience at Ulta, a nice associate already helped me by checking the bar code on a item out of stock. she told me the gals can help me order when I pay for a different item. I got to the cashier and told her I would like to order the sales items. She said we dont do that, the lady who helped me walked up and I pointed to her and said she said you do. The cashier then picked up some device and ordered it for me.. she lied to me, she didnt want to help me worst experience ever at Ulta. Some customer service training would help her.
Curbside pickup was extremely fast. I placed my order and within 45 minutes i was notified that my order was ready. It was very hassle free and the product i received was exactly as ordered.
I’m no hairstylist but You tell me, Are this hard lines cute? This in not the first time getting my hard done so I know this isn’t it. This on my first time doing my hair here at this location, I used to do my hair at the Longview WA. Location and they did such a good job. NOW The lady here, that did my hair this time is super friendly and nice, good conversation. But her skills just aren’t there.
I love being able to stop at this store and they have so many options for make-up and them some.
Friendly staff and amazing products! I was able to get my hands on my first official pallet Trending In Tokyo!
