RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. You may speak another language to one another... But the women and gentlemen across from you are YOUR CUSTOMERS !! the man that did my nails. Quiet. So I thought okay. No problem. Sounded like he couldn't breath through his mask. He simply just did his job. I did get a thank you. The younger man in control of phone and appt books rude. Not only to phone calls but to his client. For $90.00 worth of work? Don't be so crude in the way you speak. Don't sound annoyed.nIts not that hard to say hello. How are you today? What I can I help you with today.nI so wanted my nails done today. That part happened.nBut I will NEVER put one foot through that door again.nManners. Learn your manners.

The guy Joe or John was super rude they were not on time and he also cut me 4 times! He had to stop the bleeding on my fingers with this green disinfecting liquid not sure what it was. He was filing my nails so hard my fingers were literally sore for 2 days. My nails came out good I actually liked them. But I rather get them done somewhere else than go through the pain.

Got my nails done today 7/18 by Nee I’m assuming. Had an appointment for 9:30 got there and was seated right away. She really took her time and payed close attention to details. only had to show her the pic of the nails I wanted one time and off of one glance she perfected it.! During the process she was super kind to me and checked a few times to make sure I liked it. Well worth the price. Will be going back soon thank you very much!

She got on the phone while in the middle of my cousins nails and video chatted someone. Not only was that not professional, but SHE SAID 30$ THEN BUMPED IT UP TO 85$. SHE then put black on her nails after asking for neon green. The older male was on YouTube the hole time(witch I get but still) and the younger male was sleeping on the couch. (I didn't catch anyone's name but the girl wore a green apron.) (There was another worker in red who was polite and kind.)

First time coming to this place & they charged me $58 for a simple pedicure! Literally crazy, when they clearly have a “deluxe pedicure for $45” I told them this but they rudely ignored me and kept saying “$58” (née)...however the lady that did my nails was extremely nice THATS THE ONLY REASON I PAID. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, HONOR YOUR PRICES YOU HAVE ADVERTISED! WILL NOT BE BACK!
