Every time I call the line is busy and the delivery time could be from 20 minutes to 2 hours

I specifically asked for a chicken cheese steak with mayo, salt/pepper and the fries to have cheese and ketchup along with salt and pepper. Yet they took nearly an hour to get here when there a least 20 minutes away just to give me a platter with mustard and peppers with no salt/pepper I actually hate peppers with a burning passion and they dont react well with my stomach. I usually order from here quite often and usually get good service and warm food but this is an utterly disgusting experience and they need to do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been a loyal Pete’s customer for 2 years, even ordering three times a day some days...they sent me a scrapple egg sandwich and the PORK WAS SPOILED. I almost vomited. This was the second quality control incident I have had with them. The first was fine hair being found in my mother’s food and my own. I called them about it and then let it slide even though the cashier gave me an attitude about it. Back to the pork incident...my brother and I couldn’t even finish and I have pictures of the sandwich in the trash bag to prove it. They wouldn’t even approve a refund for a five dollar sandwich and I’m a customer who would spend at least 100 dollars a week on this particular restaurant. Extremely disappointed. If you want to eat fresh food from a place with good customer service don’t order from this Pete’s. They’ve lost a good group of customers in myself and my family.

Pretty disappointed my food came early which I thought was great initially. The driver gave me the wrong size drink and he told me to wait. I said okay and began to look at the rest of my order. My cheesesteak was dry even though I asked for condiments on it. My onions were undercooked and I couldn't eat them. I called the store the manager spoke with me and said that he'll replace my drink and my onion rings. Delivered the food again and still forgot the drink and still didn't give me any condiments. The second batch of onions Rings they gave me are still undercooked smh.
